I made the mistake of listening to talk radio on Sirius today. First I listened to Patriot 144 (the conservative station) for a couple hours. Then I listened to Sirius Left 146 (the liberal station) for a while. On the conservative station they were taking Obama apart for sermons and comments his pastor has made. Lots of spliced sound bites and borderline ridicule. They said taxes are bad. On the liberal station they played and talked about the pastor's meta-commentary about his sermons. They said taxes are good.

I had a good time watching Bri and everyone else race here at St. Anthony's. Here's a video of Bri and her fellow tribloggers receiving their awards.
We went to the Mad Dog Friday night dinner party yesterday and got to catch up with some of our buddies. The Mad Dogs to like to have a good time. Met a couple of the pro racers, one fella was from Hungary, so Bri encouraged me to share the one complete sentence of Hungarian I know. My second cousins taught it to me when we were over in 2006. The phrase (phonetically) is : "Ain keebooset Amerikanisch vodyok." Which means, "I'm a f*cking American, damn it." The fella got a good laugh out of it, then had to go stand 'over there.'
We're off to St. Petersburg for the St. Anthony's Triathlon on Sunday morning. Bri is racing, while I'll be on the sidelines cheering, jumping, and mumbling incoherently to anyone who listens. It's always a good time down there. We have several athletes racing, and both the pro and amateur elite waves should be a good competitive show. We're going to hit the Mad Dog party on Friday night then have dinner with our athletes on Saturday. I might go for a run or a swim at some point. I may have a couple beers at some point. I would babble a little more here but you see that it's pure nonsense.

Yesterday and today I watched this movie. We have a Netflix subscription and this one has been sitting in our house for a month. At 8.99 per month it's not a bad deal if you watch several movies a month. But for one movie it's not so good. That's another story. The movie was good. I didn't think it was overly sad at any point which is what I'd heard from some folks. It's about finding a dream and pursuing it to your fullest. Not a bad message. I swam and rode today. Blah blah blah.
