Pretty good week, pretty much putting the legs up and doing some peak effort taper quality stuff. Sprint triathlon on Sunday was a choice to get a last fast effort in before 5 days of very little training as I rest up for the big race.

PM - offGood race on Sunday, swam and rode well, then the body just starts failing, gasping for air, on the run. I am thinking it's due to a summer of low-mileage all around, and most long runs being done at IM pace...so next summer it will be back to 50-60miles per week and lots and lots of fast stuff.
