Another solid week. Had a good tempo running session Tuesday, a bit fatigued for the Wednesday ride. As of Thursday I feel pretty strong and am looking forward to the OUC half marathon this weekend.

SundayAM - 3.5 hr ride with Brianne (Z1 low Z2)
