Taper week for Motorola. The race didn't go as I had hoped. Legs cramped up way too early to hold my goal pace. Bah humbug. Back to short course training and a better attitude...

    SundayAM - Motorola marathon - out in 1:27, back in 1:59. Walk/jog the last 9 miles.
