  • 3 x 3 miles. Averaged 6:18, 6:18, 6:27. 2-3 minutes break between. Z2- low 3. Muscular Endurance workout.
  • 1 m warm down
WednesdayAM - off
lunch - off
PM - 1.8 hr ride with 6 30 second accelerations, then class
ThursdayAM - off
lunch - weights, 3600 swim
  • 1000 warm up
  • 400 kick
  • 4 x 100 free pull on 1:20, 2 x 50 kick butterfly on back (works your abs
  • repeat 4 times.
  • 200 easy

PM - class
FridayAM - off
lunch - 6 mile easy run with 6 15 second accelerations
PM - off
SaturdayAM - century bike at about 18mph average

lunch - 14mile trail run
PM - off

Total: Swim 2 hr, Run 5 hr, Bike 7.75 hr, lift 2 hr, total = 16.75 hr
