PM - 2.5 hr fast ride, 11 minute fast run off bike
Thursday AM - off
L - 3400 swim
PM - 1:07 easy run (8 miles)
Friday AM - 4200 yd swim
L - 50 min spin
Saturday AM - 10K tempo
total 8.5m, ran with Brianne and she took 3rd female overall, a 38.26 net time!
L - 30min spin / 2000 EZ swim
PM- off
SundayAM - 100 miler including Windermere
