please excuse the messy delivery, I am in a hurry. Going good, feeling better, knee problems are gone. Recovery week here.

Monday - L - 3m jog
Tues - L - 6.5 with 8 x 1:30 at 5k pace, 1:30 between, felt strong, PM - 3000 swim
Wed - 40+ group ride, 15min run
Thursday - PM - 1:11 easy run
Friday - L - 50 min ride with 4 x 40 sec pickups
Sat - AM 1200 swim, PM - 20min spin
Sun - AM - OD race- Great Clermont -2:02.05, 5 mile jog immediately after

Total: getting better!
