I was in North Carolina for work and between the cold weather and traveling around I got some good running in but did not get as much done as I would have liked. Came back on Friday, went down to St. Pete and got in some good training with my girlfriend and the St. Pete riders. Also strained my achilles on the long run on Wednesday and had to ease off of it a bit. Feel good now though (Dec 27). Cheers
