Thursday track:
3m warm up
4 x 100 strides
12 x 400, one at sub 80, one at sub 100, 6x back to back
2m warm down
ouch!!

Friday bike warm up, 7 x 1.00 sprints, easy ride between each

Saturday hills, 11m hilly warm up, 4 x sugarloaf repeats (.6 steep climb), 17m hilly warm down

I was wiped out by Sunday and skipped a planned easy evening run. Marathon next week makes killing myself at this point pointless.
