looking for turnover on the 400s

Saturday 5k time: 17:40, on a course that was probably about 15-20 seconds too long, no mile markers, either...

Sunday was a good workout day, but today (Monday the 8th, I am feeling wiped out. That empty' stomach feeling, where everything is depleted. Gotta find some good supplements, regular food can't keep up with my metabolism anymore...
