Hrm. Feeling fine. Getting good sleep at night. Was in bed around 10pm and up around 5:30am all week except for Saturday.

SundayAM - 3.5 hr ride with Brianne

Very happy with the 5k on Saturday. I haven't been doing much in the way of speedwork but was able to turn it over at a decent clip and then hang onto that pace. Felt good through 2 then had to work to hang on.

Totals: 1.5 hr weights, 1 hr swim, 3.75 run, 8.45 ride = 14.70 hrs
