At this point, all workouts are done at 70-80% effort, which translates into
low or mid zone 2. The only things that will be harder for the next few weeks are the
strides and any road races I might enter on the weekends. The point of this is essentially
to let the body get itself back together, because no matter how fit you are, racing during
the summer takes its toll and you need to recover. Easy training is good for the mind,
healthy for the body, and lets my spirit soarout in the clouds.
