Good week, time off from work for the holidays allowed me to get some nice training and naps in. Hung out with the Harrington clan down in St Pete.

I forgot my running shoes for the 10k, so wound up running it in my former trail runners, which I've been using for walking around. Felt good but think I will start doing some weekly speedwork again. Not much turnover right now.
Saturday ride with the St Pete roadies was at a faster pace as well, felt good but still planning to stick with mostly easy riding for now.
