Nice Memorial Day weekend down in St Pete with mah woman. She done had her burfday. I gots her all sorts a mad-whack jewlree. Totals: Maybe 7 hrs riding, 3.2 running, and 2.5 swimming. Still pretty low. Gonna have to start bumping up my ride time soon. I can fake the swim and I think the quality runs are great, but 1 longer run per week is a must. Weekend travel makes things very difficult sometimes.
