Relatively easy recovery week with a crap half marathon at the end. Between work, school and training I failed to rest enough to feel fresh going into the race and lacked the leg snap to bust a good time. It was probably a mistake to run 1.5 hr on Thursday, but I figured I could recover enough to run well. I figured wrong. Bah.

Total: Swim 2 hr, Run 4.2 hr, Bike 4 hr, lift 1 hr, total = 11.2 hrs
