Week 2.7 - March 26

Rough week. I was pretty tired from last Sunday's ride and didn't really recover. Didn't manage to get any running speedwork other than a few quick accelerations on Thursday and Saturday, no intervals to speak of. Tried it on Saturday and ran a 6 minute mile, so said "screw this" and jogged home. Rode well on Wednesday and Sunday, but didn't get near the goal mileage for the week. Between every day life and training, sometimes every day life has to win. I'll use a couple weeks in April to get a couple more long runs, a couple more long rides, and another solid brick or two in.
