Week 2.10 - April 16

The week is going well. Started my new job at LMIS and they don't care if I take flexible hours, which means I will be able to keep up with the IM training without any major hassles. As of Thursday I had a good run on Tuesday followed by a smashing bike on Wednesday. Me and Donny Autore, a Cat1 rider, broke away from our training group into a headwind and stayed away almost to the sprint (20 minutes), when 3 guys pulled up, but Donny got the sprint. I felt solid.

The first coke race is this weekend. I am psyched to go out and show the competition exactly what I mean by "No, I really have been training, really..."
